Yes, I broke another office chair. To be fair, I think teenage antics may have contributed, but regardless it’s now knackered.
Yes, I’m fat. All 120kgs of me.
I dare you - go shopping for a chair rated for anything over 100kg.
Is it too much to ask that I can find a decent, comfortable, sturdy chair to work from? Apparently so. This blog post says it all really.
Some changes…
I’ve had to abandon the Breaking News theme I’ve used for about a year. It’s really pretty and (I think) suits the style of my content, but unfortunately has had too many problems with comments - not letting you leave any on most pages, and not displaying those that were left. So now we’ve moved over to the “WP Premium” skin, which seems to be pretty good without being overly fussy.

Awesome WordPress Plugin
WordPress is the Content Management System that runs this site, the code behind everything. It really is super stuff, letting me focus on the content while it works out how to serve everything up nicely to you. It’s helped along by little Plugins that do all sorts of useful things. There are thousands of them available, although I only use a handful. One feature of WP I’ve come to love is its ability to upgrade those plugins as newew versions are released - a two-click exercise and job done. Triffic!

… what a pity that
- it was never released on DVD
- the UK networks don’t want to air it
- it was cancelled after the first season
